Current Job Openings
Line Cook Responsible for prompt preparation of meals for wait staff. Set-up and stock food service areas. Maintains proper preparation and food handling procedures. Must be energetic, hardworking and a fast worker. Available days and evenings. Willing to work weekends and holidays.
Relief Night Auditor Handles audit and late check-ins and early check-outs, review guaranteed reservations, noting guests yet to arrive and posting no-shows. Process end-of-day, review day’s work for accuracy and make corrections. Post transactions, prepares and prints reports.
